1. Who you are contracting with

PulseLog ("we", "us") is operated by Kelvin Gevariya. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including unlawful use, fraud, spam, IP infringement, malware, scraping, or interference with security.

3. Intellectual property

All software, documentation, and branding remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use PulseLog under your plan.

4. Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. AI features

PulseLog includes AI-generated summaries and report drafts. Outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing or relying on them, and for ensuring you have rights to any content you input. Outputs are not professional advice.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We exclude indirect, consequential, and special damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction.
